Mandalas are a fun and relaxing drawing activity, we will definitely be drawing more! We talked about how to draw mandalas and using symmetry. We used watercolor paper and watercolor pencils for our drawing and decided to turn them into beautiful snowflakes! Watercolor pencils are always fun for kids to explore. My daughter had not used a compass before, so it was an interesting challenge for her to learn how to use one and to draw the mandala template.
